Kyri’s Kookies are baked daily in small batches and ship within 24 hours of order placement, unless order is placed Friday – Sunday and needs to be shipped and not delivered locally.  Our Kookies are not mass produced by a manufacturer. Each order is fulfilled individually based on the package selected.

We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, COVID, inaccurate shipping or address information collected by the customer, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. Each package shipped via USPS is insured for $100 and it is your responsibility to contact the carrier for your refund, as this is not something we are able to do on your behalf.

All packages are shipped Priority Mail 2-Day via USPS or FEDEX when requested. Due to COVID the actual shipping times have ranged from 3-6 Days. The shipping carriers no longer guarantee 2- Day Shipping. This is not something we can control. We ship all orders we receive before 9:00 am Monday- Thursday the Same Day, after 9:00a.m they are shipped the Next Business Day. Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, will ship on Monday, as it is our goal to minimize weekend stays at the shipping carriers facilities as much as possible.

Shippers have only guarantee Express Overnight Deliveries when they receive them within a specific cut-off time. Please contact us if this is an expense you wish to incur.
