All sales are final. Kyri’s Kookies does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our production or packaging of the goods. If the Product is defective or not as described, it may only be returned within 72 hours of the timestamp on our shipping provider's Proof of Delivery by submitting a request to our customer service department at sales@kyriskookies.com. Once approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization number will be produced to return solely unused product in our Original Packaging to our facility.

In order to ensure the refund criteria is met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to withhold a refund. Refunds are processed only when we have received the returned product in its original packaging to our facility and have thoroughly investigated the refund claim. Returns can be mailed to: Kyri’s Kookie Co, 55 E Paulding Dr, Ste 122, PMB 1092, Dallas, GA 30157. You will be responsible for any shipping costs with regard to the items you wish to return. We will not refund shipping costs.
