For the safety of our customers, Kyri’s Kookies are unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders placed through our website due to food handling regulations. All sales are final!

If there is an issue due to the result of an error in our production or packaging of the goods; Please report it to our customer support team at sales@kyriskookies.com within 72 hours of receiving the order. Please provide photos and descriptions of the damaged items or packages.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
